Raw prices come from TCGplayer. Graded comps are aggregated from real completed eBay sales, broken out per grading company and per grade. We never mix graded sales into a raw price — that's how other tools end up showing you a "deal" that isn't one.
Nothing is deleted. Your holdings stay exactly where they are — you just lose access to the tracking view until you upgrade again.
